A page for the work no product fits, and a white site

CloudVersa also designs and builds applications and tools for one organisation at a time, around its own processes and workflows — automating the repeated steps, reducing the errors that come from doing them by hand, and giving staff their time back. There is now a page that says what that involves, what it does not promise, and how to start. The same day the grey ground came off every page, and the platform figure on the home page now shows all five apps rather than counting the ones it left out.

We were wrong about what happens when a trial ends

This site said that when an app's 30-day trial ended, the seat moved to that app's free plan and kept working. That was not right, and it had been on the pricing page, both app pages, the platform page, the switching page and the terms of use. There is no free tier: when a trial ends the app stops opening until a plan is chosen. What you created during the trial is kept and comes back when you choose one, and nothing is ever charged automatically — but the app does stop, and we should have said so from the start. Every page that got it wrong has been corrected.

Three more apps, and the site now describes all five

Signature sends documents for signature and lets anyone check a signed document is genuine, free and without an account. Mortgage Brokerage runs the licensing, compliance and commission side of a licensed Canadian brokerage. TeamLens reports on activity across enrolled Windows machines. Each has its own page with every screen in the app, who it is for, and — where there is one — the awkward thing you should know before installing it.

Loan Office's page was missing eight screens and both portals

The page described fourteen screens. The app ships twenty-two: the bulk collection, bulk NSF, bulk distribution and batches screens were all left out, as were the condition library, generated documents, the audit log and the statements screen. So were the borrower portal and the investor portal, which are two of the better reasons to use it. They are all on the page now.

Until now this site said Law Office was live on the platform but not yet installable, and told you to get in touch so we could let you know when that changed. It has changed. Law Office installs into your organisation from the marketplace the same way Loan Office does, on the same account and the same sign-in, and it starts with a 30-day trial.

A loan payment calculator with Canadian semi-annual compounding, accelerated payment frequencies and a full amortisation schedule; a per diem interest calculator on 360-, 365- and 366-day bases; and a three-way trust reconciliation worksheet that compares to the cent. They run in your browser, so nothing you type into them reaches us.

This site used to carry a page of borrowed technology headlines. It sent you elsewhere and said nothing about the work we understand, so it has been replaced with articles about lending operations and legal practice. The old /news address redirects here.

The organisation account is free, each app is paid per seat, and every app starts with a 30-day trial. What each plan includes is still being settled per app, so prices are quoted rather than published — and the page says exactly that rather than leaving you to wonder. (The plan names this entry originally carried were wrong, and came off on 2026-09-11.)

We have no certification to show and we are not going to imply one. The page sets out what we do with your organisation's information, who else processes it, and — in as many words — that we have no SOC 2, no ISO 27001, no independent audit, no uptime commitment, and that data may be processed outside Canada.

The last third-party embed is gone

The contact page used to embed a Google map, which told Google whenever someone opened it. It has been replaced with a link you choose to follow. Nothing on this website is now loaded from another company — no analytics, no tag manager, no widgets, no external fonts.

The app pages now describe the whole app

This site used to describe three screens per app. Both pages now carry the app's own sections and every screen inside them, a 'who this is for' block, and an FAQ — including investor distributions and trust accounting with bank reconciliation, which appeared nowhere before. (The screen counts this entry originally quoted were too low for Loan Office; see 2026-09-11.)

cloudversa.io went live

The real site replaced the coming-soon placeholder that had been serving since the domain came back to us. Two layout faults found on phones the same day — a header that ran past the viewport and a mobile menu clipped to a 64-pixel strip — were fixed and released.

Terms of use, a licence agreement, and a fair use policy without numbers

The fair use policy states three conditions rather than publishing caps: seats match people, volume matches seats, and use does not harm anyone else. Where use goes materially beyond that we contact the organisation's administrator, with at least 30 days' notice, and nothing is ever charged retroactively.
