For anyone who sends documents to be signed

Signature

Available now

Send documents for signature, and let anyone check that a signed document is genuine.

Rather be shown than sign up? Ask, and we will walk you through the app on a call and answer as we go. It is booked by email — we do not embed a scheduling widget.

A diagram of how Signature is laid out — its real navigation groups beside a working screen. It is a drawing, not a screenshot, and the rows are deliberately blank: we will not publish invented records dressed up as a real system.

Signature does the ordinary thing well: upload a document, say where each person signs, and send it. Recipients open a link and sign on a phone or a laptop. They do not need an account, and they never will.

It also does one thing the large products do badly. When everyone has signed, Signature seals the document and gives it a code. Anyone holding that file — a lender, a regulator, a buyer's lawyer, someone who was sent it third-hand — can go to the verification page, upload it or type the code, and be told whether it is genuine, altered, or unknown. No account, no charge, and no way for us to make it a paid feature later: verification is declared ungateable in the product itself.

The signing itself is real rather than decorative. Each completed document carries a signature embedded in the PDF, an independent trusted timestamp, and a certificate of completion recording who signed, when, and from where.

Beyond one-at-a-time sending there are templates for the documents you send constantly, a bulk send that takes a spreadsheet of recipients, and standing form links anyone can open, fill in and sign without being invited individually.

Signature is live on the platform and can be installed from the marketplace as soon as your organisation exists.

Who this is for

Signature is built for a particular kind of desk.

If none of these is you, it is probably the wrong app — and we would rather say so here than after you have set it up.

Firms whose documents get checked later

Lenders, law firms, brokerages — anyone whose signed document is going to be relied on by a third party who was not in the room, and who would rather that party could verify it than telephone you.

Anyone tired of envelope counts

You send documents in bursts and resent discovering the ceiling halfway through a busy week.

Whoever sends the same document constantly

You want the fields already placed, the roles already defined, and a spreadsheet of names to be the whole of the work.

The person who has to find it afterwards

You want what was sent, what was signed, what was withdrawn and what expired to be one searchable record rather than a mailbox.

What it covers

Inside Signature

Signers never need an account

A recipient opens a link and signs on whatever device is in their hand. There is no sign-up, no app to install, and nothing for them to remember afterwards.

Public verification, free and permanent

Every completed document gets a code. Anyone can check it against the sealed original and be told whether it is genuine, altered or unknown — without an account, and without paying.

Templates, bulk send and standing forms

Place the fields once and reuse them; send one template to a spreadsheet of people; or publish a link anyone may open, fill in and sign.

Every screen

The whole of Signature, not the highlights.

These are the app's own sections and the 10 screens inside them — the same names you will see in the navigation once you are signed in.

Sending

What is waiting on other people, and what is waiting on you.

Everything sent for signature, and everything still being prepared.

Documents you send often, with the fields already placed.
Bulk send
One template to many people, from a spreadsheet.
Forms
Standing links anyone can open, fill in and sign, without being invited individually.

Records

Contacts
People you send to, so you do not retype an address.
Withdrawn and expired
Envelopes that ended without being signed. Nothing here is deleted.

Oversight

Reports
How much you send, how long it takes, and where you are against your plan.
Verify a document
Check whether a signed document is genuine. Anyone can use this, signed in or not.

Signing defaults, branding, retention, roles, your own sending identity, and usage.

Beyond your own staff

The people outside your office see their own part of it.

These are separate places with their own sign-in, showing one person only what belongs to them.

The signing page

Where your recipients actually go. It works on a phone, it can be protected with a code you tell them or one emailed to them, it can require people to sign in a set order, and it can hand a device to somebody standing in front of you for in-person signing.

Public verification

Open to everyone, at all times, without an account. Upload a signed PDF or type its code and find out whether it is genuine, altered, or not known to us. The sealing certificate and the seal log behind it are published too.

Before you install

What we would rather you heard from us.

Every product page is written by someone who wants you to buy it. These are the parts that argue the other way, and they are here on purpose.

  • What each plan includes is not on this page

Signature's plans differ in how many documents you send a month, how large a bulk send may be, and which of the sending options are turned on. Those are real differences rather than packaging, so we would rather tell you which one fits than have you guess from a table.

Pricing

What Signature costs

The organisation account is free. Signature is priced per seat — you pay for the people you give it to, and nobody else.

The organisation is free

Creating your company on the platform costs nothing, whether or not you install an app. There is no platform fee and no bundle to buy.

Each app is priced per seat

You give an app to the people who need it, and each of those is a seat. A company of forty with six people in an app pays for six.

Every app has its own plans

An app sets its own tiers, because what separates them differs by app — a document volume in one, a part of the product in another. The marketplace shows you the plan before you install anything.

Prices are quoted, not published

What a seat costs and what each tier includes depends on the app and on how your firm is set up, so we would rather tell you than have you work it out from a table that is still moving.

30-day trial, then a plan. Installing Signature starts the trial: the whole app, for your whole organisation, with no card required to begin it. When the 30 days are up you choose a plan. Until you do, the app stops opening — everything created during the trial is kept and is still there when a plan is chosen.

Prices are quoted, not published. What a seat costs and what each plan includes depends on the app and on how your firm is set up, so we would rather tell you than have you work it out from a table. Ask us what it would cost and a person will answer.

Fair use applies. A seat is priced for one person doing their job. If an organisation’s use is well beyond what its seats would normally produce, we talk to you first and agree a plan that fits — with 30 days’ notice before anything changes. Read the fair use policy.

Questions

What people ask about Signature

Does the person signing need a CloudVersa account?

No, and they never will. A recipient opens the link you send and signs on whatever device they have. Nothing is installed and nothing is signed up for.

What is the verification page, and does it cost anything?

Every completed document is sealed and given a twelve-character code. Anyone holding the file can upload it, or type the code, on our verification page and be told whether it is genuine, altered, or unknown to us. It is free, it needs no account, and it is deliberately not something a plan can withhold — the app declares verification ungateable in its own code.

Is the signature legally meaningful, or just a picture?

Each completed document carries a signature embedded in the PDF itself and an independent trusted timestamp, with a certificate of completion recording who signed, when, and from where. Whether that satisfies a particular counterparty, regulator or statute is a question for your own advisers — we describe what the product does, not what it proves in your jurisdiction.

Can we send the same document to a list of people?

Yes. Build it once as a template, then bulk send from a spreadsheet of recipients. You can also publish a standing form link that anyone may open, fill in and sign without being invited individually.

What does Signature cost?

The organisation account is free. Signature is priced per seat, and every app starts with a 30-day trial. Plans differ in monthly document volume and in which sending options are included, so we quote it rather than publish a table — ask and we will tell you which one fits how you send.

Do we need a separate login for each app?

No. That is the point of the platform. A person is added to your organisation once and signs in at accounts.cloudversa.io for every CloudVersa app they have been given. Removing them removes their access everywhere.

Can we get our data back out?

Yes. The information your organisation puts into an application stays yours. If you stop using CloudVersa, ask us and we will give you a copy of your data in a reasonable format before it is removed — that is written into the terms of use, not left to goodwill.

Something not answered here? Ask us — a person reads it.

Coming off a spreadsheet?

Most firms moving to Signature are not leaving a competitor — they are leaving a spreadsheet, a shared drive and an inbox. We have written down where each of those stops, what a move involves, and how to get your data back out again.
