The CloudVersa platform
Loan servicing. Trust accounting. Electronic signatures. One account.
CloudVersa builds the software a lending business, a law firm and a mortgage brokerage run on, and puts all of it on the same account and the same organisation. Start with the app for the work you do.
The organisation account is free. Apps are priced per seat, and each one starts with a 30-day trial.
Start where your work is
Five apps, and each one is the whole job.
They all run on the same organisation, so a firm that needs more than one sets the company up once and gives each person the apps their role needs.
Loan servicing software
Applications, funded loans, payments, investors and distributions — for private lenders and mortgage companies.
Loan OfficeTrust accounting software
Matters, conflict checks, time and billing, and a trust ledger that reconciles against the bank — for law firms.
Law OfficeElectronic signature software
Send a document, place the fields, and get it signed on any device. Anyone can then check the signed file is genuine, free and without an account.
SignatureMortgage brokerage compliance software
Agent licensing and continuing education, supervision evidence, the anti-money-laundering programme, complaints, commissions and payouts — for a licensed brokerage.
Mortgage BrokerageEmployee monitoring software
Application use, working hours, screenshots, software inventory and alerts across enrolled Windows machines — with who looked at what recorded against their name.
TeamLensWhy one platform
One account. Every app your business runs on.
Most business software is bought one product at a time, and every product brings its own login, its own user list and its own invoice. CloudVersa is built the other way round.
One account per person
Someone joins the company once. From then on they sign in to every CloudVersa app with the same credentials, and leaving removes their access everywhere.
One organisation
Your company is a single thing on the platform — its people, its apps and its settings live together instead of being re-entered per product.
Apps you choose
Install what the business actually needs from the marketplace. An app you have not installed costs nothing and appears nowhere.
Paid per seat
Each app is priced per seat, so what you pay follows how many people genuinely use it rather than the size of the company.
How the platform works — the account, the organisation and the marketplace, in detail.
How it works
Set the company up once, then pick what you need.
- 1
Create your organisation
One place for your company, the people in it and the apps they use. The organisation account itself is free.
- 2
Choose your apps
Install from the marketplace. Each app sets its own plans, so you only pay for the ones you turn on.
- 3
Add your team
Give each person the apps their role needs and pay per seat. Every app starts with a 30-day trial.
Custom solutions
Software built around how your organisation already works.
Every organisation has work that no product quite fits. We design and build applications and tools that follow your own processes and workflows — automating the repeated steps, reducing the errors that come from doing them by hand, and giving your staff their time back for the work that needs a person.
- Applications for the process the off-the-shelf products do not cover.
- Tools for the calculation, form or report your staff repeat every day.
- Automation for the work that moves between systems by hand.

Three calculators for the work these apps do — no sign-up, no email address, and nothing you type leaves your browser.
Your data
No badges. Just what we do and what we have not done.
We have no certification to show you and we are not going to imply one. What we can do is tell you exactly how your firm's information is handled, including the parts a competitor would leave off the page.
One organisation's data is separated from another's
Access to the information in an application is restricted, and one organisation's records are separated from another organisation's. Reaching into another organisation's data is also a breach of the terms of use.
Sign-in is one account, centrally removable
People sign in at accounts.cloudversa.io, not app by app. Accounts belong to named people rather than to shared mailboxes, and removing someone from your organisation removes their access to every app at once.
We never hold your card details
Payment is taken by Square. Card details are entered with Square and held by Square. We see that a payment succeeded — not the card.
Writing
What we know about this work.
We used to fill this space with other people's technology headlines. Our own writing about lending operations and legal practice is more use to you, and more honest about what we actually understand.

Create your company account, add the apps you want, and bring your team in when you are ready. If you would rather talk it through first, we are in Toronto.
Rather be shown than sign up? Ask, and we will walk you through the app on a call and answer as we go. It is booked by email — we do not embed a scheduling widget.
