There is no platform fee and no bundle. Your organisation costs nothing, each app sets its own plans, and you pay for the people you give an app to. Prices are quoted rather than published — ask, and a person will tell you what it would cost your firm.
How a plan works
Every app sets its own plans.
There is no single ladder across the platform. What separates one tier from the next differs by app — a monthly document volume in one, a whole part of the product in another — so an app's plans, and what each includes, are shown in the marketplace before you install it.
The organisation is free
Creating your company on the platform costs nothing, whether or not you install an app. There is no platform fee and no bundle to buy.
Each app is priced per seat
You give an app to the people who need it, and each of those is a seat. A company of forty with six people in an app pays for six.
Every app has its own plans
An app sets its own tiers, because what separates them differs by app — a document volume in one, a part of the product in another. The marketplace shows you the plan before you install anything.
Prices are quoted, not published
What a seat costs and what each tier includes depends on the app and on how your firm is set up, so we would rather tell you than have you work it out from a table that is still moving.
What happens after 30 days
When the 30 days are up you choose a plan. Until you do, the app stops opening — everything created during the trial is kept and is still there when a plan is chosen.
There is no free tier underneath, and we would rather tell you that here than let you find it on day 31.

What costs nothing

The organisation account
Creating your company on the platform costs nothing, whether or not you install an app. Plenty of organisations sit as a shell while someone works out what they need.
Apps you have not installed
An app you have not turned on is not in your workspace and is not billed. There is no bundle to buy your way out of.
People without a seat
Someone can be in your organisation without being given an app. You pay for the people you put into an app, not for the size of the company.
The first 30 days of any app
Installing an app starts its 30-day trial — the whole app, for your whole organisation. No card is needed to begin one, and nothing is charged when it ends.
Fair use
No numeric limits, and no meter.
A seat is priced for one person doing their job. Rather than publish caps on records, files or requests, we state three conditions and talk to you if use goes materially beyond them.
Seats match people
The seats you pay for reflect the people actually using the app.
Volume matches seats
The records, files and requests your organisation generates are broadly what that many people would produce.
Use does not harm anyone else
No scripted bulk requests, no scraping, and no using an app as general file storage or as someone else's backend.
If use is materially out of proportion we contact your administrator, say what we are seeing, and try to agree a plan that reflects it — with at least 30 days’ notice, and never charged retroactively. Read the fair use policy.

What people ask about price
Why are the prices not on this page?
Because what a plan includes is still being settled per app, and a number published now would be harder to move than a conversation. We would rather quote you than have you work it out from a table that is about to change. Ask and we will tell you where it stands for your firm.
What is a seat?
One named person. You can reassign a seat when someone leaves or changes role, but a seat cannot be shared between people or used as a team login. If several people are working from one seat we will ask the organisation to buy the seats it actually needs.
What happens when the trial ends?
When the 30 days are up you choose a plan. Until you do, the app stops opening — everything created during the trial is kept and is still there when a plan is chosen. Nothing is charged automatically: a trial does not turn into a paid plan by itself, and you do not give us a card to start one.
Is there a free plan if we decide not to pay?
No, and we would rather say so here than have you discover it on day 31. There is no free tier: an app is free for its 30-day trial, and after that it needs a plan. What you put in during the trial is kept and comes back when a plan is chosen, and if you would rather walk away you can ask us for a copy of it.
How do we pay?
By card, from inside your organisation. It is self-serve — you choose the apps and the seats. Payments are taken by Square, which holds the card details; we see that a payment succeeded, not the card.
Can the price change?
Yes, and the terms of use say so plainly. Prices are provisional and not guaranteed for any period. If a price or plan changes for you, you get at least 30 days' written notice to your organisation's administrator first, and nothing is charged retroactively.
Is there a discount for paying for a year?
Not today. If that matters to how your firm buys software, say so when you ask — it is the sort of thing that gets decided because someone asked for it.
