Calculators that do not want your email address.
Three things a lender or a firm works out by hand, done properly. No sign-up, no gate, no export that costs you a phone call. The arithmetic runs in your browser, so nothing you type here reaches us or anyone else.

Why they are free
Because a calculator is not the hard part.
Working out one payment is arithmetic. Keeping four hundred loans right, every day, with the payments posted and the investors paid — that is the part software is for, and that is what we sell.
If you find yourself pasting the answers into a spreadsheet to keep them, that is the moment these tools have stopped being enough.
What these tools are not
- They are estimates for your own working, not advice — financial, legal, accounting or otherwise.
- They do not know the terms of your loan or the rules of your law society. Where a convention is a term of the file rather than a standard, the calculator asks you which one applies instead of choosing for you.
- Check anything that goes to a borrower, a client or a regulator against your own records before it leaves your office.
