CloudVersa is the layer underneath the apps: who your people are, which apps they can open, and what the company pays for. Each app is built on top of it rather than beside it.
The pieces
Four things, and they fit together in one direction.
The account
A person has one CloudVersa account. They sign in once, at accounts.cloudversa.io, and that account is what every app recognises.
There is no separate password per product, and no second user list to keep in step. Somebody who leaves the company loses access to every app at the same moment.
The organisation
A company is one organisation on the platform. The organisation holds the people, the apps that have been installed, and the settings that apply across them.
Creating it is free and does not require you to install anything. Plenty of organisations start as a shell while someone works out which apps they want.
The marketplace
Apps are installed into an organisation from the marketplace rather than bought as separate products. An app you have not installed costs nothing and appears nowhere in your workspace.
The list grows over time. When a new app arrives, it works with the account and organisation you already have.
Seats
You give an app to the people who need it, and each of those is a seat. Payment follows the seats, so a company of forty that has six people in an app pays for six.
Installing an app starts its 30-day trial — the whole app, for your whole organisation, with no card required. When the 30 days are up you choose a plan. Until you do, the app stops opening — everything created during the trial is kept and is still there when a plan is chosen.

- Do we have to use every app?
- No. You install what you need. The apps you skip are not in your workspace and are not billed.
- What does it cost to create an organisation?
- Nothing. The organisation account is free, whether or not you install an app.
- How do people sign in?
- At accounts.cloudversa.io, with their CloudVersa account. There is no separate sign-in per app.
- How do we pay?
- By card, from inside your organisation. It is self-serve — you choose your apps and seats yourself.
